Shipping Policy
Current TAT will be displayed on the banner at the top of the homepage of the website.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.
We are NOT responsible for lost/damaged packages. In the event your package is lost or shows as delivered and you have not received it, please reach out to your local contact (either USPS or UPS) as soon as possible. Please send an email to rebelcreekprinting@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can also file a claim on our end.
Once your package has been deemed lost with the carrier you then would need to file a claim with Shiptection if you purchased at checkout. They will refund your order or they will replace the items in your order for a replacement order. Please click the link below to start your claim with Shiptection:
Insureship
If you decide to decline the Shiptection insurance at checkout you are agreeing to not be refunded or have a replacement package sent to you.
Please allow plenty of time for shipping during high volume times like the holidays.
We do our absolute best to ship all orders out next business day. Weekends and US holidays do NOT count as a production day. If you place your order on a Friday, Monday is the first business day, unless Monday is a US holiday. Please plan accordingly.
