Turn Around Time

Our current TAT will ALWAYS be listed on the banner at the top of the website. Please make sure you review prior to placing your order.
We always try to get orders out as quickly as possible and tend to stay closer to the 1 day turn around. However, there are things that can cause us to be closer to the 3 business day turn around that is out of our control (ex: inclement weather, shipment delays for supplies, printer/equipment issues).
The day you place your order is day 0.
We do NOT work on weekends and major holidays as well as planned closures during the year and this does not count towards business days (our business hours are also on the homepage of the website). All planned closures will be announced 2 weeks prior and will always be viewable on the banner on the homepage of the website.
If you choose overnight shipping that does not mean that your order will be processed ahead of anyone else. It means that once we process your order within our 1-3 business day TAT overnight shipping will be selected with the carrier you chose at checkout.
If you are messaging us about when your order will ship/be ready for pick up and we are not outside of our TAT or it is outside of our business hours we will not respond to those messages until we are outside of the TAT that was listed at the time you placed your order.
If we are ever going to exceed 3 business days, we will message you proactively. This has never happened before but in the event it does you will hear from us first.
We take pride on how quickly we process orders but please remember there are things that can come up to cause us to take a little longer. All policies and procedures are available for you to view at any time.
